Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the billing date. After this period, you may take advantage of our unique guaranty.
Reshipping fees will apply.
Item must be in its original condition. Please use care in donning or removing your clothing as we cannot be responsible for items that have been ripped or damaged through misuse. Please refer to Product Care to maintain your latex.
For hygienic purposes, we do not accept exchanges on toys (including C & B toys), panties or briefs; as well as any items that have (or can be inserted into) any oral, penile, anal or vaginal insertion point.
Special order items (6/8 week delay) will not be exchanged.
DVDs are not exchangeable.
Please contact us to arrange an exchange before sending us your item.
We reserve the right to charge a 15% re-stocking fee.

Undeliverable Parcel Policy

Once a parcel is out of our hands it is impossible for us to do anything in its delivery process. Therefore, please review the address you provide before submitting your order. The postal system relies on your accuracy to deliver your parcel to you. Parcels undeliverable by the post office will usually be returned back to us; in which case we are penalized by repaying the shipping fees.
To reship the parcel, we require that you repay the original shipping fee.

Measurements

For your convenience, all specific measurements and sizing are detailed with each product.

Standard thickness latex will stretch by 10 to 15%. Heavy weight latex will stretch by about 10%. Of course, all latex will stretch beyond these points and mold to the body like no other material. That is the beauty of it; finding your second skin is close to second nature.

We want you to enjoy the clothes you are in, and we are fully aware that this is a totally unique experience for each wearer. Some of you would like it tight and others would prefer a loose fit. This is why, all our measurements are taken with the clothing un-stretched.

Determining Glove Size

Use your dominant hand for measurement; the right if you are right-handed and the left if you are left-handed. Measure your hand with a tape measure around the knuckles of your hand. This measurement is your glove size.

Determining Shoe Size

Measure your foot with a tape measure from heel to longest toe. Refer to the table below for shoe size. For example, if you normally wear a size 8 (U.S./Canada - Women), you should look for a sock that is about 9¾" (24.8 cm).

Comparison of Tailored Latex Versus Molded Latex

In order to better assist you, we have created this page to help you make a more informed decision between tailored and molded latex when choosing your latex wear.

Tailored Latex

Tailored latex clothing is made from latex sheets, which are manufactured with a strict thickness tolerance. Therefore, the latex sheets produced have a greater uniformity than molded latex in thickness and overall quality.
The .02" (.4 mm) gauge is considered standard thickness for latex clothing. Even though standard tailored latex thickness is thinner than the standard molded latex, the former will usually be more resistant than molded latex since the garment creation process is different, the stress points on the garment have seams (multiple latex layers, which is glued), and therefore, the fit and resistance are not alike.
Tailored latex clothing is made like traditional clothing; patterns are used on latex sheets to cut the garment. But unlike regular clothing, the latex pieces are glued together instead of being sewn. However, some tailored latex garment is also sewn in addition of being glued.
Since the garment is actually tailored, the fit is generally more anatomically adjusted to the body than molded latex.

The making of tailored latex clothing is labor intensive and is normally more expensive than its molded latex equivalent.

Molded Latex

Molded latex clothing is made from shaped molds (i.e. t-shirt) that are dipped into a liquid latex tank. The garment thickness is influenced by several factors like the amount of time the latex stays on the mold, the ambient temperature and humidity during fabrication. Therefore, the thickness variance is greater with molded latex than tailored latex. Therefore, in our molded latex garment description, the latex thickness given is an average since the thickness uniformity throughout the garment can vary.  However, the standard thickness of molded is greater than that of tailored latex.
The whole garment (mold) is dipped into the latex and is therefore a one-piece item with no seams, unlike tailored garments created from several pieces glued together.
In general, one-piece molded garments are less anatomically adjusted to the body than their tailored counterparts. However, since latex is a material that will easily mold to the body, it can still achieve a tailored look and fit.
The making of molded latex clothing is less labor intensive and therefore is normally less expensive than tailored latex clothing.
Toys, gloves and most fetish wear (i.e. briefs with anal plug) are generally made from molded latex.

Standard Gauge Molded Latex versus Thick Gauge Molded Latex

Standard gauge molded latex clothing stretch more and is more form fitting than its thicker counterpart; this allows for a more ample freedom of movement.
Heavy gauge molded latex clothing is more resistant to wear because of its inherent nature; but one should take into consideration that a proper fit is key to the ultimate durability of all latex garments.

Product Care

Love the clothes you are in and make the pleasure last!
Here is how:

Before attempting to put the garment on, use talc powder on the inside or as an alternative, you may also use any latex friendly lubricant.
Pull on gently, taking care that fingernails do not snag the material. Also, remove all jewelry, watches, etc. before wearing the garment as these may tear.
To obtain the special shine of the latex, use our silicone sprays. Polish with a soft dry lint-free cloth. To wash garment, use warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and hang up to dry. After a short period, turn inside out.
After drying thoroughly, apply talc powder to prevent the latex from sticking to itself. Always store your clothing at room temperature. (Cold will make the material less supple.)
Avoid lengthy exposure to ultra violet light as this will cause deterioration.

Are there any possibilities of customizing items?

Our entire collection is on our website and we often add new items. We import our products from some of the world’s leading manufacturers of latex wear and toys; therefore we cannot offer any customization or special orders.

Are there other sizes, colors or gauges available than the ones listed?

The web site is often updated. Therefore, all sizes, colors and gauges available are listed on the site. However, red, translucent (amber) and heavy weight can be specially ordered on some items. Please refer to the individual product page for possible options.

What are the shipping methods and fees?

All items are shipped exclusively through the Postal Service. Courier service is not available. Please consult our shipping information.

What is the timeframe to receive an order?

The time frame is 10-13 days in North America and 13-15 days elsewhere. However, most parcels arrive before that timeframe. Please consult our shipping information.

Are courier shipping methods offered?

As a service to our customers, we do not use courier services. We have used it in the past and, and we have been disappointed with the service and its unmerited pricing. It has been our experience that the packages sent by the "speedier" services do not end up arriving in the timeframe promised. Therefore, it makes no sense to pass on to you an expense that we deem unjustifiable.
Please understand that this has no reflection on our willingness to provide you with the utmost in customer service, but rather our wish to assure that you will not be disappointed. We mail out promptly upon receipt of payment and this ensures that you will enjoy your purchase within the briefest possible delay.
