Chlorination

Chlorinated latex is latex that has been exposed to a solution of chlorine and other chemicals. During this exposure, it will cause some of the chlorine molecules to attach to the surface of the rubber molecules. This process will reduce the friction on the surface of the latex. The latex is smoother and it can usually be donned with less need for a dressing aid (talc, lube, etc.). Also, during storage, the garments will not tend to stick to themselves thus alleviating the need for talc. Therefore, you garment is likely going to last longer and there is less chance of tears when donning it.
The chlorination process can slightly alter the original latex color, but is usually not visible once polished.

Polished

If you choose this option, we will polish and shine your item’s exterior; the manufacturer does not provide this finishing touch.

Dressing Aid

If you choose this option, we will apply dressing aid to your item’s interior; the manufacturer does not provide this finishing touch.

If you choose this option, we will polish and shine your item’s exterior; and apply dressing aid lotion in the interior as the manufacturer does not provide this finishing touch.
Each time your wear the garment, we recommend re-applying a dressing aid.
